First time ever doing something like this. Calvin was a great teacher, he knew how to guide a new student like myself into a space that was completely unknown to me. In his course you really get to be present and aware of the teachings he brings to each lesson. I learned a lot about controlling my thoughts through the practice of breathing and how controlled breathing can put your thoughts into perspective.
