What happens each week?
Each week, you’ll receive a guided breathwork practice, mindful stretching session, and a few take-home tools to integrate into your daily life. You’ll also meet with our practitioner for a 30-minute 1:1 Zoom call to check in, reflect, and receive support.
How long is the program?
The program runs for 6 weeks. Each week includes new content and one 30-minute private Zoom call with one of our practitioners.
How do I schedule my calls?
After you book, you’ll receive an email with a calendar link to schedule your weekly sessions at a time that works for you.
What do I need to prepare?
All you need is a quiet space, a yoga mat or towel, and a willingness to be present. We recommend having water, comfortable clothes, and an open mind.
What if I miss a week?
Life happens. You’ll have flexibility to reschedule your weekly Zoom call if needed, and all practices are designed to meet you where you are, even if you’re catching up.
Is this therapy?
No, this is not therapy. While the sessions can be deeply healing and supportive, this program is not a replacement for licensed mental health support.

I cannot recommend this experience with Calvin enough. It has been a genuinely transformative process for developing a greater sense of awareness and release. The sessions use gentle movement and presence exercises. The environment Calvin creates is a welcoming sanctuary designed for personal growth. The personalized attention through regular private calls for guidance has made a significant difference in my progress and confidence to practice independently in the future.
This experience offers the perfect opportunity to simply arrive, open up, and grow. It has truly helped me find more stillness and space within myself.
As someone new to breath work and yoga (I've only ever dabbled in it), Calvin was an amazing teacher, leading me through the practices but also explaining the benefits of what we were doing. It was the first time I've connected my breath to stretching which has been a game changer.
Throughout the six weeks, it was amazing to see the difference it would make to start my days with 10 minutes of breath work and stretching. I've found that I go back to my breath now when I'm stressed or even when I'm just relaxed, sitting with some downtime. I'm excited to continue this daily practice and attend some of the group break work sessions with Calvin.
First time ever doing something like this. Calvin was a great teacher, he knew how to guide a new student like myself into a space that was completely unknown to me. In his course you really get to be present and aware of the teachings he brings to each lesson. I learned a lot about controlling my thoughts through the practice of breathing and how controlled breathing can put your thoughts into perspective. If I could improve upon one aspect of the course is to extend each session to one hour.
