Inner Expansion is a 6-week guided group journey designed to reconnect you with your breath, your body, and the present moment.
Whether you're feeling stuck, stressed, or simply seeking more space to feel grounded and whole, this program offers a gentle yet powerful reset.
This experience blends breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic awareness to help you slow down, release tension, and return to yourself.

If you prefer deeper individualized support, 1:1 programs are also available with a private start date tailored to your schedule.

FAQ
Who is this for?
Anyone who feels stressed, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply wants to feel more grounded, open, and in tune with themselves. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork is needed.
What happens each week?
Each week, you’ll receive a guided breathwork practice, mindful stretching session, and a few take-home tools to integrate into your daily life. You’ll also meet with our practitioner for a 1 hour group Zoom call to check in, reflect, and receive support.
How long is the program?
The program runs for 6 weeks. Each week includes new content and one 1 hour private Zoom call with one of our practitioners.
How do I schedule my calls?
Once you enroll and select your preferred time slot (Monday evenings or Sunday mornings), you’ll receive Zoom calendar invites for all six sessions. Everything will be sent directly to your email so you can easily add it to your calendar.
What do I need to prepare?
All you need is a quiet space, a yoga mat or towel, and a willingness to be present. We recommend having water, comfortable clothes, and an open mind.
What if I miss a week?
Every session will be recorded and shared with you via email, so you can revisit the practice on your own time and stay connected to the journey.
Is this therapy?
No, this is not therapy. While the sessions can be deeply healing and supportive, this program is not a replacement for licensed mental health support.
Can I reach out for questions or support between sessions?
Yes — we will be available via email throughout the 6 weeks for light guidance and support as you move through the journey.
ABOUT ALL WHO MEDITATE:
All Who Meditate is a project backed by a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to make meditation & mindfulness resources accessible to all. Our gatherings are an open invitation to slow down, breathe together, and leave a little lighter than you came.
This course was truly life-changing for me (I know that sounds dramatic, but it's true!). I'm a highly anxious person, and I used to just work out to relieve stress—but now I've gained a MY BREATH! The course is very beginner friendly—I was nervous at first, but there was no need. The weekly Zoom check-ins with Calvin were incredibly helpful; he has such a calming energy and explains everything gently. My biggest takeaway? Setting an intention. I started eliminating distractions, really focusing on my breath and visualizing my lungs. It made a huge difference! Learning to slow down my breath, and how that would slow down my heart rate — which would in turn slow down my mind — was a game changer. I've incorporated these techniques into my daily life and they have really helped bring me some much desired peace. So grateful! 🙏
Working with Calvin over the past 6 weeks has been a powerful experience for me.
